Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (new grad COTAs are welcome!)
  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Ability to practice occupational therapy unencumbered within state and federal guidelines
  • Passion for aiding and working with the elderly

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
